SD916R is a high thermal conductivity single component room temperature sulfide silicone rubber composed of polysililoxane, high thermal conductivity material, cross-linking agent, catalyst and other related materials combination. This product has acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance and weather resistance, can be used at-60~260℃. The product also has good electrical insulation performance and high efficiency heat conduction performance, which can fully meet the heat dissipation requirements of electronic components, in line with the RoHS instruction and related environmental protection requirements

■ Packaging, storage and transportation requirements Packaging with aluminum leather tube or plastic tube, with 150ml aluminum pipe and 300mlPE pipe, this product should be stored in a dry and cool place (below 26℃). The shelf life of this product is within 6 months from the manufacturing date.

■ Usage and precautions Clean the bonded sealing surface first, and then apply this product on the surface (the thickness should not exceed 6mm). The drying time of this product is less than 30 minutes, and the complete curing is achieved after 24 hours. After the operation, the unused glue shall be tightened immediately and sealed. When used again, if there is a little skin at the seal, it can be removed, do not affect the normal use. In the storage process, there may also be a small amount of curing at the nozzle, which can be used normally after removal without affecting the performance of the product.
