■Condition of cure
SD3056 Curing will occur under sufficient ultraviolet irradiation conditions, and its curing speed and depth will depend on the light intensity, the spectral distribution of the light source, the irradiation time and the light transmittance of the adhesive material. ■Use method and matters needing attention
※One of the two bonded objects is transparent and clean, dry and free of grease
※Apply UV shadow glue on one of the surfaces, close the two planes, with the appropriate wavelength (usually 365nm-400nm) and energy ultraviolet lamp or lighting with high pressure mercury lamp, from the center to the periphery, and confirm that the light can indeed penetrate to the adhesive part;
※It is suggested that when the light is about 6s and the preliminary positioning, remove the remaining glue on the workpiece and then re-light to complete curing;

※When plastic bonding, the content of ultraviolet absorber in plastic should be considered, and the high content will seriously affect the transmittance of ultraviolet light, which also has an obvious effect on the curing efficiency of glue, and even lead to the failure of glue curing;
※Low-viscosity products are recommended for large-area bonding. If the conditions are available, it is best to purchase vacuum equipment and fit in the vacuum environment, in order to remove bubbles and improve the yield;
