◆ Characteristics: SD272 is a high strength, high viscosity; high temperature resistance of 230℃; lubrication, and accurate conversion of favorable torque; heating and disassembly; for permanent locking and sealing of thread fasteners below (M32).

■ use For active metals and inert substrate; for active surfaces, such as iron, red copper, brass, steel, etc.; or for inert surfaces, such as stainless steel, aluminum, gold-plated surfaces, etc.

■ use process ① Surface treatment: clean the thread surface with high efficiency cleaning agent, and the oil-free surface can obtain the best locking effect. Pure aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, chrome plating and other inert surfaces, must be used promoters.

② Rubber: in the bolt, nut, screw hole dot glue, it is recommended to glue at least above 3 buckle.

③ Assembly: assemble the bolts, nuts, and tighten to the specified torque. ④ Disassembly: choose ordinary glue lock, remove with a general wrench. If the high strength glue is used, it is forbidden to remove directly with a wrench, and the bolt nut should be heated to 260℃ for disassembly.
